General Information

• The entire complex and all units are non-smoking as required by Carpinteria City Ordinance 8.52.050 Public and other places where smoking shall be prohibited.
• During the summer weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday only. Weekly rentals during the winter can be any 7-day period.
• All rentals include all utilities (excluding long-term rentals).
• Basic cable TV in all units.
• Phone service is not included.
• Linens are not included.
• Sorry, no pets!
• Weekly rentals require a refundable security deposit of $200.
• Monthly rentals require a refundable security deposit of $450.
• Non-refundable cleaning fee is $100 for all rentals (beginning September 1, 2012).

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Rental Deposits

• 50% deposit to hold reservation.
• Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
• 30-day cancellation notice required for refund. $100 cancellation fee.
• Sorry, no credit cards.
