General Information

• All units are non-smoking.
• During the summer weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday only. Weekly rentals during the winter can be any 7-day period.
• Weekly rates include utilities.
• Monthly rates do not include electric.
• Color cable TV in all units.
• Phone service is not included.
• Linens are not included.
• Sorry, no pets!
• Refundable cleaning/security deposit is $200 for weekly rentals and $450 (minus electric fees) for monthly rentals.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Rental Deposits

• 50% deposit to hold reservation.
• Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
• 30-day cancellation notice required for refund. $100 cancellation fee.
• Sorry, no credit cards.
